These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website lissetgaleyevphotography.com (the "Site") and the photography services provided by Lisset Galeyev Photography ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site or booking a session with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. Our Services
Lisset Galeyev Photography is a portrait photography studio based in Miami, Florida, offering family portraits, children's portraits, editorial and Vanity Fair–style portraits, corporate headshots, and related photographic services and products. Specific session details, deliverables, and any fees are confirmed directly with you at the time of booking.
2. Booking and Payment
Sessions are booked through our booking and client-management system and paid through our third-party payment processor. By booking a session, you agree to provide accurate information and to the session terms presented to you at the time of booking, including any retainer, payment schedule, and rescheduling or cancellation policy.

3. Ownership of Photographs and Copyright
All photographs, images, and artwork created by Lisset Galeyev Photography are the exclusive property of Lisset Galeyev Photography. Under U.S. copyright law, we retain full copyright ownership of all images we create, whether captured in our studio or on location.
When you purchase or receive images, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use those images for personal, non-commercial purposes (such as personal prints, gifts, and personal social media). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may not:

sell, license, or use the images for any commercial purpose;
alter, edit, or apply filters to the images in a way that materially changes the original work;
remove any watermark, credit, or copyright notice; or
claim authorship of the images.

4. Image Use and Likeness Release
The photographer (Lisset Galeyev Photography) is the sole owner of the copyright in all photographs and artwork created during your session. By booking a session, you grant Lisset Galeyev Photography and its team the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, and display the photographs taken during your session — including images in which you, your family members, and any minors in your care appear — for the studio's business purposes, including its portfolio, website, social media, printed materials, advertising, and promotional use.
You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any minor appearing in the session and that you have the authority to grant this permission on their behalf. This release applies whether the session takes place at the studio or on location.
You will not receive payment or compensation for this use. If you prefer that your images not be used for the purposes above, you must notify Lisset Galeyev Photography in writing before your session, and we will honor that request.
5. Use of This Website
You may view and use this Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. All content on the Site — including photographs, text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Lisset Galeyev Photography and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is accurate, complete, or current.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisset Galeyev Photography and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services.
